The Military Nursing Service (MNS) is a proud and prestigious branch of the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS). Unlike regular nursing professions, MNS officers serve as commissioned officers in the Indian Army, combining medical care with military service.
MNS officers play a vital role in providing healthcare and emergency medical support to soldiers and their families in military hospitals across India, as well as during field operations and active deployments.
