The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Examination provides an excellent opportunity for candidates aspiring to serve in one of India’s elite Central Armed Police Forces under the Ministry of Home Affairs. Established in 1962, ITBP is primarily responsible for guarding India’s border with China along the Himalayan region. The force is known for its bravery, discipline, and specialized training in high-altitude operations, disaster management, and internal security duties
Candidates must be citizens of India. Subjects of Nepal and Bhutan are also eligible as per Government regulations.
